Senior Programmer Analyst

As a Senior Developer, you will work closely with development teams (internal and external) and product teams. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the Med-Urge product, keeping clients at the center of decision-making and using best practices in a complex context. You will ensure smooth integration between the different components of the architecture.

Your contributions will be showcased through feature development, level 3 support and planning and content preparation. You will help design and program high-risk elements, diagnose and resolve the most complex technical issues. You will also investigate issues, train support teams and support the technical lead in planning new releases. Collaboration, analytical skills and communication skills are essential in this role.

This position must be bilingual as you will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating, orally and in writing, with both French-speaking and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues.
