Reporting directly to the Director of Products, the Product Manager transforms strategic vision into concrete, intuitive, and high-performing solutions, directly contributing to the improvement of care and the experience of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include developing the strategic vision and lifecycle of a portfolio of clinical products, gathering client needs, and maintaining the product roadmap.

You will support clients in the optimal use of LGI Solutions Santé’s eClinibase software product. You will provide high-quality customer support while meeting prescribed deadlines. You will process and resolve requests promptly to achieve the service level agreed upon with clients.
