Orthodontic Integration Specialist

As a LightForce Integration Specialist you will be responsible for the onboarding, adoption, and growth of LightForce’s orthodontic system by applying clinical expertise and demonstrating knowledge of orthodontic office processes. You will build relationships with doctors and staff by providing clinical and operational insights with training to enable and inspire them to modernize their business by utilizing the LightForce system. Essential duties include providing clinical support to doctors, fostering positive relationships with practice teams, delivering clinical training, and jointly leading the new customer onboarding training strategy. Diagnose positive and negative results and lead triage and execution, communicating results to leadership. Self-motivated candidates with clinical certification in dentistry (RDH, EF, CDA, RDA, LDA etc.) and experience in orthodontics are encouraged to apply.
