Head of Compliance

As the Head of Compliance at Griffin, you will help manage conduct risks and work with the business to build strong internal controls and a great compliance culture. You'll own our compliance framework by maintaining policies for things like conflicts of interest, SMCR, whistleblowing, and compliance training. You'll also be the regulatory relationship champion by building great connections with regulators and working closely with our audit, first and second line teams. To add to this, you will team up with our product team to spot and handle compliance considerations for everything we offer. Finally, you will keep everyone informed with clear governance reports and up-to-date risk assessments and support the assurance team with your knowledge and cover for the CRO when needed.
