Job Description
The Quality Improvement Resource will support Pennant operations for publicly reported and other quality metrics tracked, regulated, and monitored by CMS, state regulatory agencies, and other payors. This role will partner to build a world-class Quality Team that includes education, modeling, design, and operation that produces Quality Metric results in affiliated Agencies and a quality management infrastructure that promotes high-quality care that is safe, effective, consistent, person-centered, and culturally responsive.
This role develops programs to review and evaluate clinical care and outcomes across multiple facilities and programs. The person will implement a strategy and plans for a quality improvement function in collaboration with the administrative and clinical leaders of the organization. This role also presents results of improvement efforts and ongoing measures of clinical processes to management.
