NBCU has embarked on a multi-year S4 transformation journey. As part of the Project Keystone, the Operations and Technology organization is looking for an experienced Sr. SAP Product Analyst, Data conversion to work closely with project team and lead Data Migration to SAP S/4 HANA from legacy ECC and other systems. Responsibilities: Drive next-gen S/4 data conversion strategy for data quality improvement, integrity and governance. Partner with the business and system integrator to plan the data conversion detail project plan. Establish future state business requirements and subject matter expertise for data relevancy, cleansing, mapping etc. Lead business through data concepts such as Data Stewards, Data Governance, Mock Load, Data Objects, Data Owners, etc. Cross-functional team alignment for data volume, field mappings, defect resolution. Convert the business requirements into functional specifications. Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Provide status updates, log, and escalate risks/issues/decisions, participate in program governance. Able to make recommendations for the selection of an appropriate data migration strategy. Assist in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, and accelerators. Additional duties as assigned.
