Staff Product Designer

Shape the vision and execution of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Product Pillar. In this role, you’ll drive design excellence in one of the most complex and impactful areas of our product, helping customers navigate compliance with clarity and confidence. The GRC team’s mission is to make it seamless for customers to manage multiple compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, and more) in parallel, adopt new ones with ease, and explore how emerging AI capabilities can simplify these processes. You’ll partner closely with Product and Engineering to design clear, efficient experiences that bring clarity to complexity. Beyond individual projects, you’ll influence product strategy, align cross-functional teams, and elevate our design practices as Vanta continues to grow. As a Staff Designer at Vanta, you will lead the design and execution of strategic projects that deliver substantial customer value and impact multiple departments, conduct customer discovery to inform product strategy, helping to craft compelling narratives that support the vision and objectives and enhance the influence of the Design organization.
