What you'll do:
- Own SEO as a strategic service line, turning ad hoc tactics into a repeatable system.
- Build reporting and automation to scale quality across hundreds of practices.
- Lead a team of 2 SEO specialists and define our GEO/AEO approach.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO, ideally managing SEO across many small or local businesses.
- Depth across technical SEO, local SEO, and emerging AI-search (GEO/AEO).
- A systems thinker who energizes standardizing and scaling execution.
