Key Responsibilities:
- Implement end-to-end user journeys across the full stack, with focus on administrative and core platform flows.
- Take lightweight wireframes and prototypes and translate them into working, demonstrable features.

Core Tech Stack:
- Frontend: React + TypeScript (Vite) and Storybook.
- Backend: .NET (Minimal APIs) and TypeScript (Node.js / Express).
- Testing: Playwright (E2E API) and Vitest.
Collaboration & Work Style:
- Primarily remote, with in-person sessions for planning and deep technical work.
- Works closely with Innovation, Design, and Technical Leadership, focused on execution.
- Values clarity, momentum, and practical outcomes over theoretical perfection.
