Senior Fullstack Engineer

About the Role:

• We are hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer for a hands-on, high-autonomy role on a small, meeting-light team.
• You will own features end to end, ship quickly, and help set the bar for how we build in an AI-native world.
• Our engineering workflow is AI-first, using tools like Claude and Devin as a normal part of how we work.

Responsibilities:

• Build across the stack: own fullstack features from design through release and maintenance, with true comfort on the backend.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to turn needs into shipped outcomes, and share in the engineering on-call rotation.
• Use AI tools as a force multiplier, with good judgment about where to trust them and where not to.

Requirements:

• Strong track record as a fullstack engineer with production experience across frontend and backend services.
• AI-first dev workflow: ready and excited to build, review, and debug with AI coding tools and agents as a default.
• Bias towards action in a fast-moving, small-team environment, with solid debugging and systems judgment.
