Senior Google DialogFlow Engineer (with Python)

The Senior Google DialogFlow Engineer will lead the design and development of conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow ES/CX and Google generative playbooks. Responsibilities include building and maintaining dialog flows, intents, entities, and fulfillment services. This role requires developing Python-based middleware, backend services, and APIs to integrate bots with enterprise systems. Optimizing bot performance by implementing NLP best practices, context management, and error handling is crucial. The engineer will collaborate with UX and business teams to define conversation design and user journeys, implement logging, monitoring, and analytics to track bot performance and improve customer experience, and provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and perform code reviews. Qualified candidates should have 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in Dialogflow ES/CX, and strong programming experience in Python (Flask/FastAPI/Django).
