Finance Associate

The Finance Associate will implement systems to manage financial operations at scale, working with external financial accountants to manage the month-end-close process. They will project-manage and liaise with external financial auditors, perform ad-hoc data analyses for tax submissions, and manage expense processes and procedures. Leading cross-functional projects to tackle operational problems is also a key responsibility. The ideal candidate should think in spreadsheets, structure financial data, spot inconsistencies, lead complex projects, manage vendors, and have strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Experience in a startup, consulting firm, or finance function is preferred. Familiarity with accounting principles and some knowledge of SQL or a scripting language are nice-to-haves.
