Senior Full-Stack Engineer

As a Red Cell Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing the founding codebase for our early-stage incubation companies’ backend, frontend, and everything in between. You will be part of a ‘venture pod' and work to rapidly prototype early-stage concepts and help a cross-functional team validate and receive market feedback on new ideas. Around 25% of the time will be dedicated to web development efforts for Red Cell Partners’ and our incubation companies’ digital presence. This will be a combination of scoped projects and ad-hoc tasks, with designs, requirements, and success criteria provided by our marketing team. This includes designing, developing, and maintaining websites using Webflow and WordPress. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, building rapid prototypes, designing and implementing application frontends, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility. You will engage with product managers, designers, and software engineers to gather requirements and translate them into UI/UX implementations.
