Team Lead, Autonomous Systems

As Flock expands its investment in Drones for first responders, we are building out a team of talented engineers to shape the future of autonomous systems. We’re looking for a leader who is not only excited to manage and grow this team, but who is also deeply hands-on and ready to contribute technically. In this role, you’ll guide a small, focused team operating at the intersection of robotics, embedded software, and autonomy — while rolling up your sleeves to work directly on the software stack that powers our drones. This includes everything from video processing and multi-agent control architecture, to autopilot, GNC (guidance, navigation, and control), and path planning. You’ll be joining a low-ego, high-talent group, and your impact will be felt in the people you lead, the technology you help deliver, and the foundation you lay for Flock’s future in autonomy.
