Compliance Manager

This role combines hands-on inspection review work with team leadership responsibilities, managing a team of 3 inspection review specialists while personally conducting critical property assessments. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our acquisition and renovation processes, ensuring accurate property evaluations that support informed investment decisions. Key responsibilities include team leadership and property assessment, conducting comprehensive inspection reviews, and cross-functional collaboration. The role also involves technology and documentation, leveraging Salesforce and other scoping tools for property analysis and reporting. This position requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience.
