Dental Care Alliance (DCA), a leading dental support organization, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives and projects throughout our organization. As a key player in our team, you’ll ensure successful project delivery, adherence to quality standards, and alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include developing work plans, including timelines, milestones, tasks, and resource allocation. Define measurable KPIs and EBITDA Targets for each Strategic Imperative in collaboration with Business Leads. Track Project Scope and Deliverables at a Milestone and Task level. Lead multiple projects, prioritizing work, and responsibilities. Hold Business Leads accountable for their roles in projects and functional area readiness. Coordinate and support virtual project deployments across ~400 offices. Collaborate & Partner with internal teams and external vendors for smooth and successful execution. Monitor project progress, adjust as needed, and prevent scope creep. Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate project status, issues, and updates to stakeholders. Conduct post-project evaluations for continuous improvement.
