Job Description

As a Pre-Sales Commercial and SLED Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales initiatives with our customer and prospect accounts. Your deep technical expertise and strategic insight will enable you to understand complex customer needs, craft tailored solutions, and effectively communicate the value of our offerings to key decision-makers. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, technically competent Veeam Systems Engineer with the ability to partner with other groups within Veeam to close sales. The role requires strengths and a background in defining architectural strategies to guide customers toward adopting Veeam technologies. Responsibilities: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored for end users, decision makers, and C-level audiences. Clearly articulating how our solutions can drive business transformation and deliver measurable value Implement and manage POCs to technical closure Support lead-generation activities such as events, webinars, and user groups Collaborate with the customer/partner to establish and translate business objectives into technical requirements Independently consult with the customer base to provide technical expertise on data resiliency Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to position our offerings effectively against competitors in discussions with senior leadership
