Oversee projects and project teams, serving as the main point of contact with the client and delivering impactful client presentations. Manage a high-performing team, conducting appraisals, pay reviews, and performance monitoring, while also fostering personal development and training. Engage in business development and sales initiatives and Write proposals to win new business, consider timescales and calculate the research cost alongside VPs and operations. Involvement in talent acquisition and assessing potential new staff.
This is a full-time role, working in a hybrid pattern (1-2 days per week in the office) at our fantastic NYC location in Tribeca, featuring state of the art office space which overlooks the Hudson River. The role is also available on a remote work basis for suitable candidates, based on location.
