Property Manager

This remote opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join JLL's Retail property management team in Houston, TX to provide NOI and direct management oversight of assigned retail properties in order to maximize asset value on behalf of JLL clients. Specific responsibilities include property management, operations, maintenance, client and tenant relations, supporting the leasing team, marketing, collections, annual budgeting, risk management and financial reporting. Oversight of contractors and maintenance personnel is required to ensure properties are being maintained properly. Additional responsibilities include monthly / quarterly financial and management reporting, building relationships to retain business, and supporting the broker/agency leasing team with the leasing process. The ideal candidate will project and achieve budgeted financial goals, and possess excellent customer focus, drive for results, and time management skills.
