Director of Finance

Be the financial architect behind Stable’s growth — building the models, systems, and insights that power decision-making across the company. As Stable expands into new markets and scales its physical operations, the need for financial precision and strategic clarity has never been greater. Lead budgeting and cost management — manage cash flow and accountability across teams, uncovering insights in Stable's unit economics to improve margins and efficiency. Build scalable finance infrastructure — implement systems, controls, and reporting processes that enables Stable to operate with speed and confidence. Own FP&A and long-range modeling — build Stable’s operating model, forecast scenarios, and maintain monthly rollovers that guide company planning. Further responsibilities include negotiating key contracts and vendor agreements and driving financial visibility and accountability across teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys turning complexity into clarity, and wants to help build a category-defining company from the ground up. You’ll start as a hands-on individual contributor with the opportunity to build the finance function as Stable scales.
