Outpatient Abdominal Transplant Dietitian

Will be responsible for supporting the outpatient Abdominal Transplant population, specifically Kidney/Pancreas patients. Work partially remote, preferably with experience in providing care to kidney disease and transplant patients. Provide PI/QI initiatives, with experience and/ or interest in elevating best practices. Work and be self-directed, flexible, and a team player, and have excellent time management, verbal, and written communication skills. Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education, and training.
