Senior Product Analytics Engineer

About the Role:

• Partner with product and product design to define what to measure and build the infrastructure to measure it reliably.
• Own product analytics instrumentation, audit tracking, and build dbt models for product and growth reporting.
• Drive understanding of engagement, retention, and activation to inform product decisions.

• Clear product metrics and event tracking built to support them.
• Product team treats you as a core member, not a service.
• Clean, documented dbt models that enable data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in analytics engineering or related role, experience at a consumer-facing company.
• Strong SQL, dbt, and Mixpanel skills, with hands-on experience in event tracking.
• Proven track record of working directly with product managers and designers to shape features.
