Senior Analytics Engineer

Role Overview:

• This role goes beyond building dashboards; you will own the data end to end.
• You will sit embedded in Operations while working within the Data & Analytics team's AE guild.

Responsibilities:

• Own the Operations data model covering reconciliation, treasury, payments, lifecycle, and onboarding.
• Act as primary data point of contact for stakeholders and push routine questions toward self-service.
• Look past the metric to understand manual processes and identify where tools can remove work.

Requirements:

• Experience as an analytics engineer or senior analyst with data modeling on modern platforms (Databricks, Spark, dbt).
• Strong SQL skills and ability to use Python when needed.
• High autonomy and ability to reconcile conflicting metric definitions from different stakeholders.
