Your Role:
- Own security standards and controls for workforce identities, endpoints, and critical business systems.
- Partner with IT, DevOps, Engineering, GRC, and the wider Security team.
- Report to the Enterprise Security Architect.
Things You Get To Do:
- Define and maintain SSO and conditional access standards across cloud, SaaS, and internal systems.
- Own MFA standards including phishing-resistant methods and keep them enforced.
- Maintain privileged-access standards, approval policies, and periodic access reviews.
Who You Are (Must-Haves):
- 3+ years of experience in IT security, identity security, or security engineering.
- Hands-on experience with an identity provider and SSO, including SAML and OIDC.
- Experience with zero-trust network access, email authentication, and incident response.
