Staff Project Engineer

This Project Engineer will report to Mainspring Energy’s Project Engineering Manager. A key enabler of Mainspring’s mission is the ability of its team to deliver solutions based on our linear generator technology that solve customer problems in the cross-section of resiliency and clean power supply. Responsibilities include leading technical definition of assigned projects, interacting with clients, reviewing project documents, conducting engineering reviews, creating project diagrams, working with EPC partners and collaborating cross-functionally. The role will also involve supporting procurement activities, developing technical specifications, assisting in special assessments for under-performance, and participating in improvement initiatives within the project delivery department, as well as monitoring engineering deliverables and performing quality control.
