Solve difficult design challenges in the utilities market, which is complicated, outdated and process-heavy. There are challenging technical problems to solve, like processing tens of millions of meter readings a day and adapting Kraken to improve other utilities like water and broadband. You'll be working for a company that’s fighting climate change. Develop core product features and shape the technical foundation. Lead initiatives that drive positive change and improvements. Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and effective communication across teams. Resolve critical bugs and incidents, driving efficiency and improvement. Mentor and onboard team members, supporting their growth and performance. Address monitoring gaps and handle escalations independently.
