Job Description

The Payroll Operations Team is responsible for end to end payroll business service delivery in Deel’s Global Payroll and Employer of Record businesses. This includes supporting clients with local payroll expertise, and managing the accurate and timely end-to-end payroll processing. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely execution of payroll, preparing internal payroll reports, owning local payroll and HR processes, scheduling expenses, and assessing rapid growth processes. The role also involves staying informed of relevant regulatory changes, working cross-functionally to provide expertise, and answering complex questions from employees and clients. The Payroll Expert may identify and implement process improvements, participate in special projects, perform administrative duties, and represent the company's interests.
