Job Description
As UpGuard continues its rapid growth, they are seeking a VP of Analytics to lead and scale the Analytics function. This role involves building a data-driven culture, influencing strategic decision-making, and driving business impact. The VP will define the long-term vision for the Analytics function, aligning it with company goals. They will lead the A3 function (AI, Automation & Analytics), identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation. This leader will oversee the central Analytics function, ensuring actionable insights for business units. Partnering with engineering, they will design and implement data infrastructure to support scaling towards $100M in revenue. They will lead a team of analysts, data engineers, and data scientists, fostering a culture of excellence. The VP will translate data insights into recommendations for senior leadership, driving data-driven strategies across product, marketing, sales, and operations. They will oversee the development of reports, dashboards, and self-service analytics tools empowering data-informed decisions.
