Your Impact:

• Lead the full accounting function across close, reporting, audits, controls, systems, and team development.
• Quickly assess the current state and identify opportunities to improve accuracy, accountability, and efficiency.
• Bring outstanding audits, covenant reporting, and other external deliverables fully current.

• Establish a reliable and well-controlled close process with clear timelines and documentation.
• Lead relationships with external auditors, advisors, and partners as the primary accounting subject-matter expert.
• Build and execute a practical roadmap for improving accounting processes, controls, and systems.

This Role Is For You If:

• You have significant progressive accounting experience, ideally as a Controller in a growing, inventory-based business.
• You have strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, NetSuite, and have led external audits.
• You are a strong people leader who can assess talent and build an accounting organization for the future.

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary of $190,000-$230,000 with bonus eligibility.
