Data Analyst I

Overall:

-Support school districts in the data extract and import process.

-Complete manual data setup processes.

-Respond to support cases from customers requesting assistance.

Responsibilities:

-Perform quality control checks of data.

-Investigate data quality issues reported by customers.

-Clearly communicate with customers providing status updates to reported issues.

Requirements:

-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

-Good verbal and written communication skills.

-Strong critical thinking and problem-solving approach.
