Associate Creative Director, Art

The Associate Creative Director, Art (ACD, Art) will be responsible for conception and design of integrated digital advertising campaigns, managing the creative process and ensuring all work is strategically and creatively on point. What you'll do: Develops creative, strategic ideas that solve specific client marketing challenges; Supports leadership of creative design team; Allocates appropriate personnel and outsource freelancers, as appropriate, for creative assignments; Works with Chief Creative Officer and brand teams to ensure art aligns with client strategy; Maintains budget, manages hours, and works with Project Management on resource allocation. Ensures on-brand design and accurate content that aligns with the overall strategy. Drives team to meet deadlines. Leads creative in client meetings as requested. Performs other duties as assigned.
