Job Description
The person in this role will own the roadmap and execution for key advertising product initiatives—including ad formats, targeting capabilities, measurement tools, and advertiser-facing features. You will design and build scalable ad solutions that balance user experience with commercial performance. You will also collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality products on time and to specification. Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to understand market needs and translate them into product requirements.
The Senior Product Manager will define and track success metrics, using data to drive continuous optimisation and product improvements. Conduct user research and testing to ensure ad products meet the needs of both travellers and advertisers. Work cross-functionally to integrate advertising seamlessly into the Rome2Rio user journey. Contribute to building best practices, processes, and documentation for the advertising product team. Support the Director of Advertising Product in strategic planning and prioritisation decisions.
