Responsibilities:
- Work independently and collaboratively to manage all phases of complex litigation.
- Conduct and defend depositions, draft and argue substantive motions, and assist in trials.
- Handle cases from inception through resolution with effective client communication.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of progressive experience in defense litigation matters such as hospitality or premises liability.
- Trial and arbitration experience preferred, with litigation handling in federal and state courts.
- JD from an ABA approved Law School and admission to practice in Texas.
