Job Description
This role involves owning new product initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition to launch. You will shape and drive your team’s roadmap, evaluating and prioritizing ideas based on OET strategy and user value. The role requires bridging product and engineering by translating between stakeholders to ensure real needs are met.
The successful candidate will build prototypes, test assumptions, and iterate fast with the team and stakeholders. Ensure technical excellence by making pragmatic architectural and delivery decisions. Excellent written communication skills and comfort working asynchronously in a fully remote environment are expected.
