Research Analyst

We are looking for an incredibly talented person to provide market research and analysis for the Northern Virginia commercial real estate market. The Research Analyst role will encompass certain regular tasks around the collection and analysis of core data, as well as a range of activities that contribute to and support the production and delivery of research material, transaction analytics, brokerage services and support in developing pitch and/or proposal materials as well as local thought leadership. Primary responsibilities include researching and collecting market information, assisting in the creation of deliverables like quarterly reports and market analyses, gathering data on properties and transactions, and liaising with brokers. The role also involves assisting with market surveys and participating in the development of research information, as well as presenting market information at internal sales meetings.
