Sr Analyst, Maconomy

The Role:

• Serve as a hands-on functional expert for Deltek Maconomy, supporting administration, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Stagwell's global ERP platform.
• Partner closely with Finance, Shared Services, Business Applications, and agency stakeholders to support day-to-day operations and troubleshoot complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Maconomy modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Project Accounting, Revenue Recognition, Billing, Intercompany, and Fixed Assets.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes through automation, APIs, and ETL-based solutions, and support SOX-compliant system controls.
• Participate in Maconomy upgrades, releases, and new entity deployments, including testing and integrations with enterprise applications.
