Platform Product Manager

Shape the future of employer services for Human Resources compliance and outsourcing. As a Platform Product Manager, you'll lead a unified platform strategy that includes modernized data ingestion, analytics, and business intelligence capabilities across our suite of Employer Services solutions. You'll translate objectives into scalable, data-driven platform solutions in partnership with engineering, product, data, and compliance teams. You'll improve data quality, accelerate client onboarding, and promote self-service analytics that bring measurable impact. Responsibilities include promoting the platform strategy, building the product roadmap, translating business requirements, leading Agile processes, and partnering with various teams to enhance client experience and efficiency.
