Staff Accountant

We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our Finance team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing key financial operations such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, wire transfers, accruals, amortization schedules, and tax-related matters. You’ll play a critical role in month-end close, reconciliations, and internal reporting—ensuring accuracy, compliance with U.S. GAAP, and adherence to company financial procedures. You will also act as a bridge between internal teams and external vendors to maintain smooth financial operations. Responsibilities include processing and tracking accounts payable invoices, managing wire transfers, preparing and maintaining documentation for month-end reconciliations, managing accrual reporting, maintaining prepaid expense schedules, handling payroll tax, and assisting in the preparation of schedules and reports for audits.
