- Coordinate their services and supports.
- Maintain and develop crucial relationships.
About You:
- Display empathy and care for people.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have strong acumen in engaging potential clients.
Requirements:
- Current driver's license and willingness to travel to clients if needed.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience working as an NDIS Support Coordinator.
- Allied Health qualifications.
