Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated FP&A Manager to build and maintain ownership of the financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis of MedRhythms. In this role you will be responsible for the overall annual operating plan (“AOP”) process, including quarterly forecast cycles, and will partner with the budget owners to develop and maintain detailed budgets and forecasts for their respective functions. You will utilize financial and non-financial data sources to identify and integrate financial and operational KPIs to drive business insights and actionable recommendations. The initial focus will be the development of a process and cadence for periodic revenue forecast updates within each quarter that rely on pipeline data to track progress to achieve quarterly targets.
