Client Integration Enablement & Execution:
- Serve as the primary client-facing integration lead, guiding partners through onboarding and activation across various platforms like Epic and HL7 integrations.
- Drive deployment of integrations, ensuring alignment between client workflows and GRAIL capabilities for scalable, compliant implementations.
Workflow Design & Clinical Informatics Leadership:
- Possess knowledge in clinical workflows and EHR integration best practices to optimize ordering, resulting, and billing processes.
- Provide guidance on clinical decision support, patient identification, and workflow optimization strategies to bridge clinical and technical gaps.
Technical & Integration Expertise:
- Guide partners on integration architecture including HL7, FHIR, and API-based integrations, supporting requirements definition and solution design.
- Partner with internal software and engineering teams to translate client needs into scalable solutions and develop integration playbooks.
Post-Launch Support & Field Enablement:
- Monitor post-launch performance, support issue resolution, and partner with Customer Service and Product teams to address workflow gaps.
- Support training and enablement for commercial teams, developing best practices and materials for continuous improvement.
