Business Intelligence Engineer

Design and implement scalable, well-documented data pipelines and semantic models using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI to support enterprise-wide analytics. Translate complex business requirements into performant data models, calculated measures, and interactive dashboards using DAX and Power Query. Integrate and transform data from Dynamics 365 and other enterprise sources into analytics-ready formats for self-service BI and decision support. Continuously monitor and optimize data quality, reliability, and query performance across the reporting ecosystem. Partner with commercial and finance stakeholders to refine business metrics, align KPIs with strategic goals, and ensure reporting drives actionable insights. Troubleshoot and resolve data and reporting issues by identifying root causes, implementing fixes, and driving continuous improvement in data workflows. Maintain clear, version-controlled documentation of data models, definitions, and workflows to promote transparency and enable team collaboration. Ensure analytics solutions are scalable, adaptable to evolving business needs, and aligned with long-term data strategy.
