We are seeking an Operations Data Analyst to join the Brokerage Operations department at Real. In this role, you will focus on developing and presenting operational reports that drive key business decisions and improve efficiency by structuring, visualizing, and communicating data.

Analyze complex data sets, identify actionable intelligence, and translate findings into strategic recommendations that propel the organization forward. Become a subject matter expert to deeply understand the end-to-end workflow, data sets, and goals to enable the ability to recommend improvements, optimizations, and bigger solutions. Partner with teams to drive decision-making via critical insights.
