Senior Designer

Role Overview:

• Design across the full Mars Men brand ecosystem, including websites, landing pages, campaigns, product launches, digital marketing, retail, and partnerships.
• Translate brand strategy and creative concepts into thoughtful, distinctive, and highly polished visual work.
• Contribute to evolving and strengthening the Mars Men visual identity, brand systems, and creative standards as the company scales.

What You'll Do:

• Concept and execute creative for major campaigns and launches from early ideation through final production.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Growth, eCommerce, Partnerships, and external production partners to bring ideas to life.
• Balance strong brand storytelling with commercial objectives, creating work that is both visually exceptional and effective.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in brand, digital, or multidisciplinary design, ideally within a consumer, DTC, eCommerce, or highly creative brand.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong visual taste, craft, and range across brand identity, web, campaigns, and digital experiences.
• Proficiency with modern design tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and strong conceptual thinking.
