Staff Security Engineer : Cloud Security

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Staff Cloud Security Engineer to join our growing team. The role involves designing and implementing secure cloud architectures. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AWS security best practices and a proven track record of designing and implementing secure cloud architectures. You will be a key player in shaping the future of our AWS cloud security posture and will have the opportunity to work on a varity of challenging and rewarding projects. Gusto's Cloud Security team protects sensitive customer data and the platform. Their work is integrated across various aspects of the company's operations, with a strong emphasis on proactive security measures and a culture of shared responsibility. The role includes the design and implementation of secure and scalable multi-account AWS strategies, the development and implementation of IAM strategy for a multi-account ecosystem, and taking ownership of the security of our AWS environment.
