Job Description
As a Senior Software Test Engineer, you’ll shape the way we think about quality, and be a strategic partner from the start, helping your team define success before a single line of code is written. Be the quality coach and advocate for best testing practices across the team. Proactively identify and mitigate risks during early planning stages. Lead testing strategy and execution in a highly collaborative Agile environment.
Break down large, complex stories into smaller, testable pieces with clearly defined acceptance criteria. Design, document, and maintain manual test cases for complex scenarios. Execute exploratory, session-based, and risk-based tests. Help build and manage test environments. Stay ahead of the curve by researching new tools, trends, and technologies. Provide mentorship to junior testers or team members.
