Senior Accountant – Finance Operations (m/f/d)

Your role:

• You are the go-to person for day-to-day accounting, making sure every receipt, invoice, and expense ends up in the right place.
• You work across several European countries with employees, freelancers, and local payroll providers, setting up processes where none exist yet.

Key responsibilities:

• Pre-code receipts and prepare them for ongoing bookkeeping; manage invoice collection and follow-up.
• Handle travel expense rules, international payroll interfaces, and cash flow reporting.
• Independently design and improve finance processes for a growing international company.

What you bring:

• At least 4+ years of finance and accounting experience, fluent German (C1/C2), and strong DATEV skills.
• Comfort with gray areas, a proactive hands-on mentality, and the ability to own finance topics end-to-end.
