Role and Responsibilities:
- Your mission is to become a key player in building Zippi's legal operations, starting with three core areas: litigation, contracts, and consultative support to internal teams.
- You will manage a portfolio of civil and consumer lawsuits, conduct commercial contracts, and support teams like Product, Operations, and People with recurring legal questions.
- As you gain mastery, you will have space to expand into labor, compliance, privacy, and automation projects, building a generalist view of fintech legal.
What We Seek:
- Active OAB (or final stage of obtaining it, e.g., approved in the exam awaiting issuance of the number).
- Civil litigation background: experience drafting briefs, tracking procedural deadlines, and organizing documentation, ideally with responsibility over a portfolio.
- Contract review experience: service agreements, NDAs, amendments, or supplier contracts.
Why Join Zippi:
- A cause worth fighting for: helping 22 million micro and small business owners thrive in Brazil.
- Ownership and building from day one: as an early team member, you will play an essential role in evolving and building the legal department of a profitable, well-funded startup.
- Accelerated learning with great people: you will engage in strategic projects and complex challenges alongside founders and top fintech operators.
