What you will do:
- Lead the Data & Observability Platform team.
- Build scalable platform capabilities and improve engineering velocity.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a team of engineers and own ingestion frameworks and Databricks patterns.
- Establish data observability and cloud monitoring for reliability.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years in data engineering with 3+ years leading teams.
- Experience with Databricks, dbt, GCP, and observability tools.
