Director, Portfolio Management

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee joint venture and asset management including financial performance, equity processes, and compliance.
• Lead financing and capital structure activities including project finance, refinancing, and hedging strategies.
• Prepare board-level reporting, support audits and due diligence, and act as a business partner to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Minimum 10–12 years in infrastructure, real estate, private equity, investment banking, or project finance.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience with financial systems like SAP or Yardi.

Work Environment:

• Remote position with occasional onsite work; flexible schedule across global business hours.
